Is it possible to transfer your saved games from your old xbox memory unit to the newer xbox?

I had the white Xbox 360 but recently got one of the newer ones. I managed to recover my gamer tag but my saved games aren’t on the newer Xbox’s memory unit. Will I be able to transfer my games or will I have to start from scratch? If I can, how do I do it?

Also I don’t have a hard drive for the previous xbox.

  1. were you using a usb drive? a memory card? if so then you should be able to just plug it into the the slim and if you had a hardrive from the last xbox and if you have the slim theres two things you can do take apart your old hardrive and then take out the hardrive which isnthard just a few screw and put it into the new xbox or us a transfer cable they run for around a few bucks to 20$ anything more your getting ripped off

  2. It is possible but you need an Xbox 360 Mu to usb adaptor.

    Use something like this:

I not sure if it would work directly with your new xbox 360. You may have to use this cable to transfer your saves from your Memory Unit to your Computer and then from your Computer to a Formated USB flash drive.

  3. you can do one of 3 things.

    1. take a usb and transfer the content from previous xbox to that. then use the usb to transfer to new account.

2.use a transfer cable and waste a bunch of money on it to possibly never use it again( not recommended if your cheap like me haha)

3.buy a little xbox 360 shell for the new model. take out the parts from old xbox harddrive and put it in the new.(also not recommended because it voids warranty)

    there you go.
