Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - Walkthrough Part 1 No Commentary

  1. Dude don't knock it until you try it. I've played most castlevania games and I don't know why people are saying it's not true to the others. This is just as much a castlevania game as the older ones. And the story is awesome. Better than the 2nd one in my opinion.

  2. I really wish they would've just stuck with Simon Belmont and remade the original instead of making a new character and a cliche story line. Or actually continued Simon's story. This looks like a great game but it really isn't the Castlevania we all knew and loved.

  3. These are dark times, times without hope.
Man faith claims that this is a test from god to strengthen our spirits, perhaps this is true… or perhaps is but a pious lie.
If it is true, darkness has come to engulf once proud humanity and we're witnessing the end of man kind.
Game's a master piece. That goes to all butthurt ppl that cannot accept pure Castlevania games.

  4. this is such a great game, the music, the atmosphere, the combat, everything is perfectly balanced, and it's pretty lengthy too! to all of you saying that this is nothing like castlevania: YOU'RE RIGHT! it's nothing like the old ones, but you have to adapt to the newer times!

  5. My opinion, to all the old school retro castlevania fans, I agree with you. This game does no justice to what we used to love. However, as a new game, with a new perspective, I can say that this game at least from a cinematic view looks enjoyable. It may borrow aspects from God of War or Dantes Inferno, however I do think it suits this style of game. Face it, no new gamer will go to the old school Castlevania because it's outdated sadly. In order to truly revive the classic games a new twist must be weaved to breathe freshness into it. And I mean more than simply up the graphics and calling it remastered haha. My opinion, ofcourse.
