CGRundertow TOEJAM & EARL IN PANIC ON FUNKOTRON for Sega Genesis Video Game Review

Toejam & Earl in Panic on Funkotron review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of Toejam & Earl in Panic on Funkotron, developed by Johnson Voorsanger Productions and published by Sega. In a dramatic departure from the roguelike genre that formed the core gameplay of the first TJ & E, Panic on Funkotron follows the boys back to their home planet, but with unexpected alien visitors from Earth that have stowed away on their spaceship. It’s up to Toejam and Earl to round up the unwelcome guests and blast them back home. This video review features video gameplay footage of Toejam & Earl in Panic on Funkotron for the Genesis and audio commentary from Classic Game Room’s Eric.

  1. This game is on the psn store. if anyone wants to play add me Pwnage404. Tell me in the friend request because if you don't I'll just delete it xD

  2. The roguelike elements of the original make it a much more replayable title, and personally I think was way superior to this sequel. But, as far as platformers go, this is one of the best on the Genesis.

  3. Your not missin out on anything. That game was horrible! The first two were great classics of the 16-bit era but the third installement was an epic flop! The music was a big and sad departure from the originals, the graphics could have been much better, and the dailouge was just was to cheesy for a Toejam and Earl game. They also ripped off a lot on the first one with its rouge style but it failed and wasn't nearly as fun. Also the storyline made no sense either. It was like a mix of the 1st two

  4. @legofans452 Depends on where you live, and how much your willing to pay, cause here in SC(South Carolina) there are not many game shops that sale retro games, and yes there is the net, but shipping can be a bitch, and Ebay sellers like too price gouge.
