  1. It depends on which plan you have.

Looking at their plans, they all appear to be very expensive, and offer very little for the price.

Here is a little chart I made, which you may find helpful.

    :Plans:

Home – Highly not recommended for gamers Recommended for light internet use. (Ex. Web browsing, chat)

Pro – Highly not recommended for gamers. Recommended for light/casual use. (Ex. Extended web browsing, light casual gaming)

ProPlus – Minimal Gaming. Recommended for casual internet games and use. (Ex. Light monthly gaming, no more than 2 hours a day. Everything from Pro)

Elite – Average Gamer. (Ex. Elite is great for playing multiplayer games, but is greatly limited by its’ daily bandwidth cap)

ElitePlus – Average Gamer. (Ex. ElitePlus is great for playing multiplayer games, but is greatly limited by its’ daily bandwidth cap)

ElitePremium – Higher Than Average Gamer. (Ex. Faster download speed means a better online experience, but is greatly limited by both the upload speed and the daily bandwidth cap)

Every one of their “plans” have a very high price tag attached, and you are basically paying more for less.

The cottage of which I spend my summers has a very basic internet connection offered by a satellite company. We use this connection for playing games, specifically the Xbox 360. We pay $49 a month for that connection. The speed is 3Mbps download, and 500Kbps upload.

I highly advise for you to subscribe to another internet provider.
